Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic plan

  • Manage finances, budgeting, and fundraising

  • Direct administration (registration, scheduling, communication)

  • Lead marketing

  • Oversee membership; manage staff/volunteers

  • Ensure legal compliance

Director of Coaching

Objective: Direct all soccer activities, ensuring consistent club philosophy, player, and coach development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define club philosophy and curriculum.

  • Recruit, manage, and develop coaching staff.

  • Oversee player development and evaluation.

  • Manage soccer program logistics and compliance.

  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Team Coach

Objective: Develop youth soccer players, skills, and teamwork in line with club philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run age-appropriate training.

  • Give individual feedback.

  • Manage all team activities and games.

  • Determine game strategies and player decisions.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive team environment.

  • Maintain clear communication with players and parents.

  • Ensure safety and sportsmanship during games.

  • Attend club education and follow club policies.

Professional Development Coach

Objective: Provide professional coaching to numerous teams while focusing on the volunteer coach’s needs/goals for their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching the ages from 3rd grade to 8th grade

  • Orchestrating practices based off a teams desired focus points

  • Guiding volunteer coaches with play style, team development, future practice plans

Grassroots Coach

Objective: Develop and coach the youngest team sessions PreK-2nd. Provide basic soccer coaching to our newest teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep sessions fun and engaging

  • Teach the basics of the sport

  • Mentor the next generation of soccer players

Tryout Evaluator

Objective: Provide unbiased feedback for town programs during their tryout windows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the players skill based on their teammates

  • Use unbiased feedback to forward information to the General Manager

  • Be present and engaged while observing
